Modur Asynchronous Tri Chyfnod Dyletswydd Gwrthdröydd
Amod Gweithredu
1. Gall y modur weithredu fel arfer o dan yr amodau canlynol:
1.1 Ni fydd tymheredd yr aer amgylchynol yn fwy na 40 ℃ (ar gyfer amgylchedd cyffredinol, dosbarth F) a 60 ℃ (ar gyfer amgylchedd metelegol, dosbarth H).
1.2 Lleithder cymharol ≤ 90 ℃.
1.3 Ni fydd yr uchder yn fwy na 1000m.
1.4 Cychwyn, brecio (trydanol neu fecanyddol) a gwrthdroi yn aml.
2. Foltedd graddedig y modur yw 380V a'r amlder graddedig yw 50Hz.Gellir pennu'r foltedd graddedig a'r amlder hefyd yn unol â gofynion y defnyddiwr.
Amrediad rheoleiddio cyflymder y modur yw 1 ~ 100 Hz.Darperir allbwn torque cyson pan fo'r amlder yn is na'r amledd graddedig, a darperir allbwn pŵer cyson pan fo'r amlder yn uwch na'r amlder graddedig.
3. System waith cyfeirio modur: S3 40%.
1).Gradd amddiffyn:
Gradd amddiffyn y modur yw IP54, gradd gefnogwr oeri yw IP23, a gradd brêc electromagnetig yw IP23
2).Modd oeri:
Mae'r modur yn cael ei oeri gan gefnogwr annibynnol cwbl gaeedig (IC416), neu gellir gwneud dulliau oeri eraill yn unol â gofynion y defnyddiwr.
3).Dosbarth inswleiddio:
Y radd inswleiddio modur yw F (ar gyfer amgylchedd cyffredinol) a H (ar gyfer amgylchedd metelegol), a mabwysiadir strwythur inswleiddio arbennig i addasu i effaith foltedd harmonig uchel.
4. Blwch cyffordd: mae'r blwch cyffordd stator modur wedi'i leoli ar ben y sylfaen, neu ar ochr dde neu chwith y sylfaen yn unol â gofynion y defnyddiwr.
5. Mabwysiadir proses impregnation VPI i wella'r gallu inswleiddio cyffredinol a chryfder mecanyddol.
6. Mabwysiadir dyluniad rotor arbennig i wella effeithlonrwydd a torque y modur.
7. Yn ôl gofynion y defnyddiwr, gellir ei gyfarparu â switsh amddiffyn gor-dymheredd, band gwresogi gwrth-leithder, brêc electromagnetig, amgodiwr, switsh gorgyflymder, ac ati.
8. Math o gefnogwr oeri
8.1 Foltedd graddedig: 380V, amlder graddedig: 50Hz, system weithio gyfeirio: S1, rhaid i'r gefnogwr gael ei bweru gan gyflenwad pŵer annibynnol.
